Carlyle Compressor Selection Software
The Compressor Selection Software (aka Carwin) provides performance data on Carlyle compressors with commonly used refrigerants at air conditioning and refrigeration operating conditions. This easy-to-use program includes the following features: Performance data for the following compressor types: Reciprocating, Single Stage: 06D/E Reciprocating, Two Stage: 06CC Reciprocating, Open Drive: 5F/H Screw Compressor, Semi Hermetic: 06TR/06TA, 06TS/06TT/06TU Screw Compressor, Open Drive: 05T Scroll Compressors: SC/SR Refrigerant choices include R22, R407C, R404A, R507, R134A Calculated properties include input power, evaporator capacity, compressor capacity, condenser heat rejection, economizer load (if used) The latest version of Carwin (Version 3.0) now includes performance data for our new line of semi-hermetic screw compressors (Paragon Series: 06TS/TT/TU 60HP ~ 225HP) and has been incorporated into our `Carlyle Solutions¿ software package. The Solutions Package includes Carwin PLUS an annual energy calculator for refrigeration systems (`Bin Analyzer¿) and a compressor selection optimizer (`Optimizer¿). These additional features give system designers new tools to help them select the most energy efficient and cost effective compressors for their refrigeration applications. Installation instructions and documentation for our Solutions Software are referenced below.
